AI Readiness & Security Review

See how AI is used and what it can access.

AI tools can help with everyday work, but they need sensible boundaries. The review looks at your intended AI use, the controls around it and what needs attention before use grows.

How AI is used

Over one to two weeks, we speak with management and staff about the tasks they want AI to help with. We review the tools and agents identified during the assessment, the information they may access and the controls that apply to their use.

  • AI use

Current and intended use, including the tasks teams want to improve.

  • Tools and agents

Those identified during the review and their intended purpose.

  • Microsoft 365

Data access, sharing and permissions related to AI use.

  • Identity

    Identity and access controls.

  • Policies

Existing AI policies and guidance for staff.

  • Licences

Relevant licences and the controls available to the organisation.

What you receive

At the end of the review, you receive:

  • An inventory of the AI tools and agents identified, with their intended uses
  • A prioritised risk register
  • A technical findings report, including relevant licence considerations
  • A 90-day action plan setting out what to address and in what order

The review ends with a recommendation: what can proceed, what needs attention first and what should wait.
