Services and project work
Who does Brightlogic work with?
We work with small and medium-sized UK businesses that depend on IT throughout the working day. Some have no in-house IT team; others need extra help with a particular area.
Can you work with our existing IT provider?
Yes. We can take on a defined project, give a second opinion or deal with a gap while your existing team remains responsible for the rest.
Is work delivered remotely?
Usually. Remote delivery is quicker and keeps costs down. We can arrange on-site work for projects, onboarding and critical issues.
How is project work agreed?
We start by agreeing the problem, the result you need and what is included. Work begins once the scope and priorities are clear.
What happens after the work is complete?
We record the changes, flag anything that still needs attention and explain what should happen next.
Can Microsoft 365 work be delivered as a separate project?
Yes. We can handle Microsoft 365 as a one-off, fixed-scope project or include it in ongoing support.
Support and online services
Getting help and managing services
When should existing customers use the Support page?
Use the Support page when something has stopped working, there is a service disruption, or you need help with Microsoft 365, email, devices, security or access.
Can a business that is not yet a customer request urgent help?
Yes. Send us the details through the support form. We will tell you whether we can help and what it is likely to involve. Work for businesses without a support contract may be chargeable, but we will confirm that before starting.
Can domains be transferred to Brightlogic?
Yes. We can transfer an eligible domain to Brightlogic and manage it alongside your other services. Transfer rules vary by domain.
Can hosting and email be managed together?
Yes. The same control panel can be used to manage websites, email accounts, domains, databases and security settings.
